Product support, access queries, cancellations, refunds and privacy requests: weddingvenuecheck@gmail.com. Email is the way to reach us, and we aim to reply in English within two working days, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in Brazil. This is our response target, not a limit on your consumer rights.
If your enquiry concerns an order, include the email address used at checkout and the order reference. Please do not send card numbers, passwords or copies of identity documents. A cancellation request does not need to wait for our reply.
Hotmart processes payments and provides the checkout and digital delivery platform. We are responsible for the kit’s content and product support. Hotmart’s own terms and privacy notice apply to its services; the payment entity and transaction details appear in its checkout and purchase confirmation.

What the kits include
The Wedding Venue Check is a self-service digital resource for comparing wedding venue quotes. It does not include individual legal advice, a contract review, venue booking or negotiation on your behalf. It is designed to help you compare the full cost of each venue and see where you could spend less. It does not guarantee any particular saving or discount, and it cannot secure a particular venue’s availability.

Both kits include the full venue comparison process. No additional purchase is needed to use that process. The advertised totals are in pounds sterling, including VAT. Check the selected kit and final amount at checkout before paying.
Delivery, access and compatibility
Delivery is through Hotmart. Following an approved payment, Hotmart sends access instructions by email, with guides and videos available on the web and in Hotmart’s iPhone and Android app.
The spreadsheet is edited separately in Google Sheets or compatible Excel software. A free Google account is needed for the Google Sheets version. PDFs require a suitable PDF reader. There is no separate Wedding Venue Check app.
Hotmart video downloads require an internet connection to renew access every 14 days. Downloaded PDFs can be read offline. Spreadsheet offline access depends on your software and its settings.
Essential includes 12 months of platform access; Complete includes 24 months in total. These periods are not added together. You and your partner may continue using downloaded files to plan your own wedding after platform access ends. The personal-use licence does not include resale or redistribution. Share your working spreadsheet with your partner, rather than your Hotmart password.
Before you pay
Check the seller, selected kit and final amount before paying, and keep your purchase confirmation. Any request for immediate access is separate from advertising preferences. See Cancellation & Refunds.

Cancellation & Refunds
The 30-day money-back promise
Our promise is a full refund if the kit is not right for you and you request a refund within 30 days of purchase, even if you have accessed the content. This is an additional commercial promise. It does not replace or limit your statutory rights.
Request a refund through Hotmart’s refund portal or email weddingvenuecheck@gmail.com with the email address used at checkout and your order reference. You may also send a cancellation request to our correspondence address. You do not need a particular form: a clear statement that you wish to cancel is enough.
The statutory cancellation period
For digital content supplied online, the statutory 14-day cancellation right ends when supply begins only if you have expressly requested immediate access and acknowledged that consequence. Payment, a general acceptance of terms, or simply reading this notice is not that express choice. The required information must also be included in a contract confirmation you can keep.
A request for immediate access and acknowledgement of its effect on cancellation means:
“I request immediate access to the digital content and acknowledge that my statutory 14-day cancellation right ends when supply begins. The separate 30-day money-back promise still applies. My statutory rights for faulty or misdescribed content are unaffected.”
Reading this wording does not request immediate access or waive a cancellation right. Accepting optional advertising cookies is not consent to immediate digital delivery.

If content is faulty or not as described
Your statutory rights remain unaffected by immediate access or by the end of a commercial money-back period. UK consumer law provides remedies for digital content that does not meet the contract, including rights to repair or replacement.

Privacy Notice
This notice covers this website, optional Meta advertising and enquiries sent to our support address. The seller identified in Contact is responsible for this website and the personal information we use for product support. Hotmart’s checkout and delivery services have their own privacy information.
Information used by this website
There are no account, enquiry, payment or email signup forms on this page. There are no fields collecting your name, email address, payment details or wedding plans. The free demonstration is available without registration. If you choose to email support, we receive the information you send, as explained below.
The main page also uses Microsoft Clarity, a website analytics tool from Microsoft. With your consent it records how the page is used — mouse movement, clicks and scrolling — so we can see which parts people read and where they stop. It loads under the same choice as the Meta Pixel: reject optional cookies and it does not load, and rejecting after accepting stops the recording without a reload. Microsoft processes that information under its privacy statement.
The main page uses the Meta Pixel, an advertising tool from Meta for Facebook and Instagram. It loads only after you select “Accept optional cookies” in Cookie Settings, or when you return with a valid accepted choice saved. Older preferences collected before the advertising notice are not used; you will be asked to choose again. If you have not accepted, or your saved choice is to reject, the page does not load the Meta Pixel.
With your consent, the pixel sends Meta a page-view event and information such as the page address, browser and device details, IP address and advertising identifiers. This helps us measure visits from our adverts and show relevant adverts on Facebook and Instagram. Meta may connect this information with information it already holds about you. Consent is the basis for this optional advertising use. This website does not process payments or send your wedding spreadsheet to Meta.
If you buy a kit
The checkout and the payment are handled by Hotmart, not by this website. Hotmart also reports the purchase to Meta for advertising measurement, including from its own servers rather than your browser. That report can include contact details you entered at the checkout, such as your email address, in a scrambled form Meta uses to match the sale to an advert. Meta may combine it with information it already holds about you. This lets us see which adverts lead to sales.
This happens through Hotmart's checkout, under Hotmart's own privacy policy, and it is separate from the cookie choice you make on this website: rejecting optional cookies here stops this site from loading the Meta Pixel, but it does not by itself govern what the checkout does. Hotmart shows us the sale record, not your payment details. You can ask Meta to limit how it uses information about you through Meta's own privacy controls, and you can write to us at the support address in Seller.
If you choose a cookie preference on the main page, that preference is saved in your browser so it can be remembered when you return. It is not sent to a server by the page code. See the storage details below.
Support enquiries
If you email us, we receive your email address, the information in your message and any order reference or attachments you choose to send. We use this to answer your enquiry, help with access and handle cancellations, refunds or privacy requests. We use Google’s Gmail service to receive and reply to those messages.
We use enquiry information to take steps you request before a purchase, perform our contract with you, meet applicable legal obligations, or pursue our legitimate interest in answering other product enquiries, as appropriate. Sending an enquiry does not sign you up to advertising emails.
We keep correspondence for as long as needed to resolve the request and meet applicable record-keeping requirements. Please send only the information needed for your enquiry.
Hosting and external websites
A website’s hosting service may process technical request information, such as IP addresses and requested pages, in server logs. Contact our support address for information about hosting and retention.
Following an external source link takes you to another website with its own privacy arrangements. Hotmart processes checkout, payment and account information to provide payment and digital delivery services. We may use the order details it makes available to us to provide product support and handle refunds. Card details are entered with Hotmart, not on this website.
Our support is based in Brazil. Google, Meta and Hotmart may also process information outside the UK. Their privacy notices explain their processing, retention and international transfer arrangements: Google Privacy Policy, Meta Privacy Policy and Hotmart Privacy Policy.
Privacy contact and your rights
Email weddingvenuecheck@gmail.com to ask about your personal information or exercise your applicable rights, including access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability and objection. Which rights apply depends on the information and why it is used. You can withdraw advertising consent through Cookie Settings; the steps are explained below. Withdrawal does not undo processing that took place before it.
You can also raise a concern with the Information Commissioner’s Office. Our two-working-day support response target does not replace any statutory deadline for handling a privacy request.
